A Hands-On Approach to Leadership and Social Responsibility

The 6-Week Leadership Program is a dynamic experience that combines education, professional development, and community service, giving Atlantis University graduate students the opportunity to hone their leadership skills while making a real impact.

 Weeks 1-3: Leadership Education
Students will engage in weekly workshops focused on:
 Cultural Inclusivity & Community Engagement – Understanding diverse perspectives and fostering inclusive leadership.
 Public Speaking & Communication – Strengthening confidence and effectiveness in professional and public settings.
 Marketing for Nonprofits – Learning to create visibility and drive support for social causes.

 Weeks 4-6: Community-Based Leadership Application
Students will be placed into small teams and paired with local nonprofits, working collaboratively to support specific organizational goals. These initiatives may involve contributing time, talent, or resources, either in person or virtually, providing students with real-world leadership experience.
