Learning Outcome

Upon successful completion of the MSHM program at Atlantis University, graduates will be able to:

    1. Demonstrate leadership and strategic orientation to manage healthcare organizations effectively, assume decision-making roles, and guide multidisciplinary teams toward achieving long-term performance and innovation goals.
    2. Apply analytical thinking and evidence-based approaches to evaluate organizational performance, assess complex healthcare issues, and implement quality and process improvement initiatives.
      Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally—to build collaborative relationships with interprofessional teams, patients, and external stakeholders, supporting organizational cohesion and effective care delivery.
      Integrate ethical reasoning and social responsibility into healthcare management practices, upholding professional integrity and fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in decision-making processes.
      Utilize healthcare technologies and informatics systems to manage operations, support clinical and administrative decisions, and improve efficiency across the healthcare continuum.
    3. Collaborate across organizational and sector boundaries to strengthen community partnerships, improve population health, and address social determinants of health at the local level.
    4. Evaluate and respond to global health challenges by applying systems thinking and culturally competent approaches that promote health equity in international and cross-border healthcare contexts.
    5. Translate academic knowledge into practice by engaging in real-world simulations, capstone projects, and field-based learning, demonstrating mastery of the program’s competencies in professional healthcare environments.
